Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy
Exchanges and Returns:
At Bewitched Botanical, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that there may be situations where an exchange or store credit is warranted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must notify us within five (5) days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be considered.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unopened, and untampered condition. All of our products are carefully packaged in heat-sealed, zip-lock bags. Once the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any product return that appears to have been tampered with or does not meet our return criteria.
Should you wish to proceed with an exchange or credit, we require the return of the original product along with a valid tracking number. Exchanges will not be processed until the original product is received and inspected. Please note that Bewitched Botanical is not responsible for return shipping costs, and these must be covered by the customer. We also reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, or credit request upon review of the returned merchandise, particularly if it does not comply with our return standards.
Cancellation of Orders:
Orders may be canceled at any time between the moment the order is placed and the point at which the product is prepared for shipping. Once the product has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for returning the unopened product in accordance with our return guidelines in order to qualify for a refund.
We kindly request that all orders be paid for within twenty-four (24) hours of being placed. Orders that remain unpaid after this period will be automatically canceled.
Important Considerations:
- Refunds and exchanges will only be granted for products that have been returned in accordance with the above guidelines.
- Bewitched Botanical reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the product shows signs of tampering, misuse, or does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, and we cannot process refunds for products that do not remain in their original packaging.
