We understand the importance of fast shipping and strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. When you place an order with us, we make every effort to ship the same day if your order is placed before 2:00 PM CST during regular business hours. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following business day, excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays.
Orders placed during these holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays, as USPS is closed on that day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
For orders under 13 oz, we typically ship via USPS First Class Mail with a 2-5 business day delivery window. Orders over 13 oz will generally be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which provides a 1-3 business day delivery estimate. Please note that these shipping times are estimates based on our experience and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we are unable to control delivery schedules or delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, USPS policy changes, or other external factors.
Tracking Information:
All orders shipped by Bewitched Botanical come with a USPS tracking number. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. If you need assistance locating your tracking number, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you. However, once your package is in the possession of USPS, we have no further control over transit times or delivery updates beyond what is provided by the tracking number.
Delivery Windows and Delays:
We aim to provide timely shipping and typically use USPS Priority Mail for most orders, which offers a 2-3 business day delivery window. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as USPS transit delays may occur due to processing and delivery schedules outside of our control. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it is in transit. If you experience significant delays (such as a week or more) or believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in investigating the issue with USPS.
Each product is carefully packaged by our shipping team to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If your order appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please take a photograph of the package and contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Permitted and Restricted Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to U.S. locations only. Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship kratom products to certain states, cities, and counties where kratom is banned. We do not ship to the following locations:

- Arkansas
- Indiana
- Rhode Island
- Tennessee
- Vermont
- Wisconsin
- Sarasota County, FL
- Union County, MS
- Denver, CO
- San Diego, CA
Additionally, we are required to inform customers that kratom is banned in the following countries: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam. Please check your local regulations to ensure that kratom is legal in your area before placing an order. We cannot process international shipments, and we do not ship to countries where kratom is prohibited.
Special Shipping Requests:
While we will make every effort to accommodate specific shipping requests, please note that our shipping team cannot alter shipping addresses or recipient information once an order has been placed. Please keep in mind that once a package has shipped, no changes can be made.
Insurance and Lost Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, Bewitched Botanical is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you wish to add insurance to your shipment for added security, please contact our customer support team at the time of your order to arrange for insurance coverage. Any additional costs for insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.
