Our Shipping Promise and Local Compliance
We are committed to serving our customers throughout the United States. As a responsible company, we fully respect and adhere to all local and state laws. Because regulations can vary significantly from one place to another, there are unfortunately some areas we are prohibited from shipping to.
At this time, we cannot process or ship any orders to addresses within the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wisconsin.
Furthermore, specific city and county ordinances also prevent us from delivering to San Diego and Oceanside in California; Denver, Parker, and Monument in Colorado; Sarasota County in Florida; as well as the Illinois communities of Alton, Glen Carbon, Edwardsville, and Jerseyville. This policy also applies to Union County and Columbus City in Mississippi, Franklin City in New Hampshire, and Ontario, Oregon.
The legal landscape is constantly evolving, so we ask that you please be familiar with the regulations in your specific area. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all local laws before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
At Bewitched Botanical, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need an exchange or store credit, please notify us within five (5) days of receiving your product. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unopened, and untampered condition. Our products are packaged in heat-sealed, zip-lock bags, and once the seal is broken, they are no longer eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return that appears to have been tampered with or does not meet our return criteria.
For an exchange or store credit, you must return the original product with a valid tracking number. Exchanges will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bewitched Botanical reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with our return standards.
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are prepared for shipping. Once dispatched, you may return the unopened product according to our return guidelines to qualify for a refund.
Please ensure payment is made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after this period.
